Nonprofit Mortgage serves the affluent to the underserved demographics. Combatting community deterioration and relieving the underprivileged and distressed by supporting and empowering at-risk populations to become and remain homeowners.

  • All donations to our nonprofit goes towards the homeownership of the underserved.
  • A portion of our income also goes towards continuously replenishing our down payment assistance fund.

Our team at Nonprofit Mortgage is fast, friendly, experienced and here to help you every step of the process!

I am Sinath Jerome, a duly licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in the state of Colorado, Georgia, Iowa, and Minnesota.  Thanks to modern technology I have the freedom to work remotely from my home in Colorado.  I am happy to be a part a mortgage company with vision and a great mission to help people from all walks of life, from the affluent to the underserved, to achieve the American dream of homeownership.

There are many advantages to homeownership, not the least of which include some real benefits to wellness:

  • When you purchase a home, the extensive mortgage process helps you develop a clear understanding of exactly how much you can afford, diminishing the likelihood that you may be overwhelmed with a monthly house payment. 
  • Many homeowners come to feel a stronger sense of community knowing that they are rooted in a local neighborhood.  Having a stake in their community can nurture meaningful relationships upon which reliance will grow, thus fostering a positive mindset and feelings of security in the homeowner.
  • Homeownership requires that you take on more personal responsibility, which nurtures character and improved stability that is a hallmark of earned confidence.
  • As a homeowner, you have greater freedom to uniquely personalize spaces within and around your home, which are usually not opportunities available to renters or while living with friends or family.   If you have a physical disability, you can create spaces that provide supportive accommodations.  If you love gardening, you can create and tend to your flora and fauna, whether for harvest or for beauty.

Bio: I completed my B.A. Degree at The University of Maine at Presque Isle in 1993 and immediately began my career in the banking and financial services industry. Working over 15 years at a high level of proficiency and across a wide range of loan products, I earned several Service Excellence Awards and Outstanding Sales Performance Awards for consistently being an industry top performer with personal and business loans as well as lines of credit. My duties have always been customer-facing, garnering expertise within a broad range of positions including Real Estate Loans – Notary Signing Agent, Banking – Relationship Manager, Banking – Branch Sales Manager, Banking – Small Business Specialist, and Banking – Assistant Vice President. Meeting and working with great people is my core passion.  My duty as a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator is to find the loan program that best fits the customer’s current and future needs while adhering to the highest ethical standards.
